What brands of window treatments do you carry?We carry most of the brand-names window coverings manufacturers, such as: Hunter Douglas, Graber, Norman Window Fashion, Lutron, Century Blinds, Mariak Industries, and Skandia.
What type of blinds do you offer?Royal Window Coverings, Inc. offers a full line of window treatments, such as: mini blinds, venetian blinds, wood blinds, faux wood blinds, roller shades, honeycombs, woven woods, drapery, top treatments, and outdoor shades.
What are the steps to purchasing and installing window treatments through Royal Window Coverings, Inc.?1. For local San Diego customers, you can schedule a free in-house consultation. One of our experienced consultants will visit you on site with a full line of sample books and a variety of hand samples to choose from.

2. Upon selection, your order will be placed through your preferred manufacturer. Products take between one and three weeks to arrive (some orders can take up to 4-5 weeks depending on customization and availability).

3. When the product is delivered to our warehouse, you will receive a phone call to schedule the installation.

4. Your window covering project is complete! Since you purchased your window coverings through RWC, rest assured we have you covered if any complications were to occur for the next five years. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions Policy for a detailed description.

Do you have window coverings in stock at your showroom?Due to the custom orders, we are not able to stock any ready-made products in our warehouse.
Are all the window coverings in the same price range?Traditional blinds are more cost effective than the new-age window coverings. With the quick changes in new technologies, it’s hard to maintain low-cost products, especially with the new Wi-Fi technology with home automation capability (in smart homes and made with top-of-the line materials). Patented products, research, and engineering costs are also added to the value of the sleek and modern applications.
What are the latest window-covering treatments?Luminette™, Duette™, Silhouette™, and Pirouette™ from Hunter Douglas––and The Kirbe™ Vertical roll-up drapery from Lutron.
What are the top window-coverings brands?Hunter Douglas, Lutron, Graber, Norman, and Somfy controls.
What do window coverings provide?Privacy, Light Control, Heat Control, Security, Sound Buffering, and they are Decorative.

Blinds  Repair
Do you repair blinds and shades?Yes! We repair most window treatments. This includes blinds, shades, and shutters. We are also a dealer service center for Hunter Douglas.

Do you offer in-home service calls for blinds repair?Yes! We offer a home-service call. We send one of our technicians to evaluate the repair.
How much do repairs typically cost?Repair prices range based on warranty and parts required. Refer to:
How long do repairs take?Drop-off repairs at our San Diego facility can take 4-5 business days. If parts are not in stock, you will be notified. A 24-hour expedited service is available for an additional $15. Home services take three additional days, allowing for scheduling and parts availability.
Warranty/ Refunds
Do you honor manufacturer’s warranties?Yes, Royal Window Coverings, Inc. is in good standing with most reputable and brand-name manufacturers. If the manufacturer honors the warranty, we will pass it on to our customers.
What is the warranty on new products?Full service with Royal Window Coverings Inc. has a 5-year warranty “The Royal Promise” on projects after 2015. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions Policy for a detailed description.
What is the warranty on repaired blinds?Repairs have a three-month warranty from the date received.
Do you offer any refunds?Refunds are not possible due to labor involvement and parts usage, as well as custom products. We will look at them on a case-by-case basis, and we may offer in-store credit toward a new product bought through us.
